We would like to say thank you to “CLEAR EXTERIORS”. They did an outstanding job on our roof. The crew Chris assembled, were punctual and very respectable of our property. On time no nonsense work crew. They got the job done in a timely matter. So a very big thank you to CLEAR EXTERIORS. I would recommend these guys to anyone!!

Replacing a roof due to hail damage is a bummer. Fortunately, I was well supported by my insurance company. But the real assurance came when I started to work with Clear Exteriors LLC (CE), the roof replacement company. Communication is a big factor for me on any project. I need to understand each step of the process, both technically and financially. CE more then met that requirement. I was well informed on what went into their estimate by Chris, the CE consultant. Early on the day of the roof replacement I meet some of the work team, and Zach, the foreman, kept me apprised of the progress and the issues. (All jobs have pop-up problems. I understand this and was prepared for snags. Some minor catches were discovered on my roof, but as a matter of policy, CE absorbed the expense.) Zach kept the communication going as the job was completed and inspected. Chris followed-up with an inspection of his own. (I was given every opportunity to identify any glitches or disappointments.) After the job was completed, there was a snafu with processing the insurance company’s check. CE worked patiently with me through that issue until I was able to make final payment. Altogether I had a great experience with CE and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to my friends and neighbors.

100% customer focused and detail oriented business. This company could not have been easier to work with. Extremely helpful in processing my insurance claim. The follow up was extraordinary. The actual installation and clean up superb and I would welcome the opportunity to work with them anytime.

Update: how many times do you get a chance to review a vendor who put a roof on twice? after a very successful installation at my home I hired this company to put a roof on my mom’s home. The same professionalism and attention to detail occurred twice and my mom was absolutely thrilled with her new roof. This is a legitimate review. Clear Exteriors is a perfect combination of professionalism, knowledge and service. Phil (owner) was incredibly helpful from the first phone call. I called him to get a second opinion and he was so knowledgeable about the process and steps to take that I felt immediately at ease and switched over to his company then and there. He made everything clear, took time to explain all the costs line by line, and because of the software he uses was able to provide paperwork and estimates instantly. He and his brother Zach were professional and kind.

Originally, I was working with AquaSeal Storm Repair who were going no where with my roof replacement. They did not seem to understand what to do. Fortunately, Clear Exteriors were in my neighborhood and once they got involved everything went smooth. They know Roofs and it was a good overall experience working with CE from the start as they coordinated with the adjuster and then performed the replacement in a professional manner. Strongly recommended.

It’s so hard to find a good and honest roofer out there. Chris and Zack from Clear Exteriors Roofing/Siding replaced our roof on October 2023. There was always management on the site to inform me about the plan and to instruct their team adequately. Our roof turned out spectacular and we were amazed how efficient they were. I would recommend for anyone who needs their roof done!
