We’ll reach out to them. A Clear representative will contact your referral and make arrangements to inspect their roof. They are under no obligation and the inspection is free.

Once their roof is built by Clear Exteriors LLC and they have signed their Construction Completion Certificate then you will receive the reward.

Program Terms

A referral is a homeowner who contracts with Clear Exteriors for a new or replacement roof of at least 1,500 square feet. Insurance claims are welcome.
A referral becomes a qualified customer once their roof is built and they have signed their Construction Completion Certificate.
You may not refer your own primary residence into the program. If we have replaced your primary residence roof, you may refer a second home, rental property, etc.
Referrals must be submitted to our referral form prior to the referred homeowner having had any initial contact with Clear Exteriors.
There can be only 1 referrer per household submitting referrals into the Referral Rewards Program.
The referrer is solely responsible for submitting their referrals to our dedicated email.

Replacing a roof due to hail damage is a bummer. Fortunately, I was well supported by my insurance company. But the real assurance came when I started to work with Clear Exteriors LLC (CE), the roof replacement company. Communication is a big factor for me on any project. I need to understand each step of the process, both technically and financially. CE more then met that requirement. I was well informed on what went into their estimate by Chris, the CE consultant. Early on the day of the roof replacement I meet some of the work team, and Zach, the foreman, kept me apprised of the progress and the issues. (All jobs have pop-up problems. I understand this and was prepared for snags. Some minor catches were discovered on my roof, but as a matter of policy, CE absorbed the expense.) Zach kept the communication going as the job was completed and inspected. Chris followed-up with an inspection of his own. (I was given every opportunity to identify any glitches or disappointments.) After the job was completed, there was a snafu with processing the insurance company’s check. CE worked patiently with me through that issue until I was able to make final payment. Altogether I had a great experience with CE and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to my friends and neighbors.

Originally, I was working with AquaSeal Storm Repair who were going no where with my roof replacement. They did not seem to understand what to do. Fortunately, Clear Exteriors were in my neighborhood and once they got involved everything went smooth. They know Roofs and it was a good overall experience working with CE from the start as they coordinated with the adjuster and then performed the replacement in a professional manner.
