Replacing a roof due to hail damage is a bummer. Fortunately, I was well supported by my insurance company. But the real assurance came when I started to work with Clear Exteriors LLC (CE), the roof replacement company. Communication is a big factor for me on any project. I need to understand each step of the process, both technically and financially. CE more then met that requirement. I was well informed on what went into their estimate by Chris, the CE consultant. Early on the day of the roof replacement I meet some of the work team, and Zach, the foreman, kept me apprised of the progress and the issues. (All jobs have pop-up problems. I understand this and was prepared for snags. Some minor catches were discovered on my roof, but as a matter of policy, CE absorbed the expense.) Zach kept the communication going as the job was completed and inspected. Chris followed-up with an inspection of his own. (I was given every opportunity to identify any glitches or disappointments.) After the job was completed, there was a snafu with processing the insurance company’s check. CE worked patiently with me through that issue until I was able to make final payment. Altogether I had a great experience with CE and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to my friends and neighbors.
